Staff group is your school´s private group for adults. There you can share good moments and positive feedback among colleagues. Here were introduce two different ways step-by-step.

1. See the Good with the whole Staff

• Give positive feedback for good deeds, moments or successes on the whole staff level. It is saved as a moment, that is visible to whole group.
• Start by selecting Post a moment. If the groups has previous already, you can a find a big purple +-icon the bottom right.

• Choose which strength was used during the moment.

• Attach a photo of the moment (1). You can also leave this empty. Then a crow image is used in the moment.
• Describe the moment (2). You can also use ready-made examples.
• Click on See the Good! (3)

And then the moment is posted to the groups strength portfolio. Easy, right?
